25, January 2016:
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is recruiting for the 2016 season! The annual
Job Shop is taking place on Saturday 23rd January in the Casino Building
at Blackpool Pleasure Beach between 9.30am and 2.30pm. Anyone who is
interested simply needs to turn up on the day and speak to an advisor,
who can help them choose their perfect role.
The Job Shop covers vacancies in all departments at the UK's favourite tourist attraction. 100’s of seasonal staff are required to fill a number of positions including ride operators, catering assistants, park rangers, scanners assistants, retail assistants, ticket sales advisors, patrol officers and food and beverage operatives. Whatever your skills, there is something for everyone!
A team of managers will be on hand on the recruitment day to meet and advise on employment. The diversity of Pleasure Beach’s business ensures a broad range of positions will be available to suit all different kinds of people. And don’t forget we also welcome students and mature applicants.
We will also be recruiting for The Big Blue Hotel, which requires room attendants. This will take place at the hotel on Monday 25th January between 10am and 3pm.
Attending the Job Shop can be a great way to start a fantastic career with Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Many people who have joined the company this way have gone on to work in management positions within the company.
Amanda Thompson OBE, Managing Director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach comments, "Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s Job Shops have been extremely successful over the years, and we expect 2016 to once again bring a fantastic team of people together to help run the UK’s favourite amusement park.
"2016 marks our 120th anniversary so anyone who joins the team at Blackpool Pleasure Beach will get to play a part in making this a truly magical year."
