This $300 million project is all set to be the first of its kind in Quebec. Mr Kheng Ly, Brivia Group’s President and CEO see this project as an opportunity to promote Montreal on the global stage. He has expressed happiness over entering into a union with Tianco Group.
According to Mr Ly, their real estate group have a long term vision and YUL portrays their desire to make it Downtown Montreal’s most reputed address. Tianco Group CEO also expressed his excitement over contributing to Downtown Montreal’s revitalization. Steve Di Frucsia believes that YUL’s arrival is the much needed fresh air in the downtown area which remained neglected for quite a long time.
Dual condominium towers are known to be offering over 800 residential homes. It will comprise of 3 ½, 4 ½ and 5 ½ condo, penthouse and townhouse establishments. A little over 40 units are currently available to suit the need of interested buyers. Moreover, there are plenty of homes that may be fully custom designed.
