WI, USA; 27, July 2015:
Bent Kettle Brewing craft beers spreading like wild fire across
Wisconsin. The microbrewery is working with local bars, restaurants and
other favorite watering holes to get their new flavors of draft IPA and
best craft beers on tap.
With offices in Fort Atkinson WI, headed up by Mark Cook of Marshall WI and Jim Jorgenson of Fort Atkinson WI, they are very excited about the recent surge in the popularity of their craft beers.
Cook, 52, and Jorgenson, 55, have been working on plans for their company since 2007. Among their first beers are an amber ale called Go Faster and a double IPA called Insolence. They're also working on recipes for a vanilla bean porter, chocolate imperial stout and a barley wine.
Cook says he hopes Bent Kettle beers will be known for their creative approach and unique tone. "We plan on making traditional beers with nontraditional ingredients for a bent, irreverent and defiant take on things," says Cook. "Craft beer made the way it should be: Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Unadulterated. Unapologetic." Bent Kettle started with draft releases on tap to be followed by 12- and 16-ounce cans in stores. For example, the double IPA beer Insolence is brewed with non-typical IPA malts and exotic hops which have exceptional flavors; it's darker amber instead of the usual pale golden color, medium body and a big hops presence including citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.
As Bent Kettle microbrewery continues to release new brews, they will also continue to adding Wisconsin locations and then proceed nationally as the company is ready for rapid growth.
